When the restart happens bring yourself back into the Clover Boot Menu and there is now a second option in Clover. Since we can’t disable the APFS conversion in Mojave Beta we will proceed by beginning the second phase of the macOS installer.
i have tried to add in the hide field "Legacy HD7" without quotes and also checked scan, tool and legacy, i put legacy as second (i tried first as well) didn't work, so i am pretty clueless what to do, can you point me in the right direction?
If you don't have Clover installed here are some tutorials for different install types depending on your hardware and installation choices. You want to do this while booted off the USB to desktop. You can find the Clover EFI Installer in the Clover Files folder on the Installation USB or you can download Clover EFI from here:

In my case I have an internal 500GB 7200rpm hard drive that I use as a clone of my main Samsung EVO 960 500GB SSD. Every now and then I use SuperDuper! to clone my entire main drive over, and do this every time before doing a macOS update. You can also use CarbonCopyCloner, or if you're comfortable with the command-line even dd will do the trick. However, for me using one of these tools has a few benefits that make it easier to use, and if you decide to purchase either of them they can even ensure more up-to-date backups by letting you schedule them automatically.

As soon as you launch the system, it will run automatically to check if there are any configured files. In the process, it will enable you to view the files. It can also run to check if there is an updated version of clover EFI and then download it to the bootloader.

Works fine with my PC (GA-Z97), I use it only for Mac OS loading. Highly customizable config makes OS X/macOS loading and kext injecting easier than ever. But there's lack of config documentation, and only one clover wiki is outdated. However, its pretty easy to get started by searching for "clover your_motherboard_or_cpu_here" on forums. Also I recommend to install it along with rEFInd boot manager for loading non-mac systems. And if anyone can't run macos installer, try to run it from internal hard disk partition.

To make sure your backup drive is indeed bootable you should test this out. The ideal setup would be to actually unplug your main drive, followed by trying to boot from your backup drive, but if you are unable to do this (e.g. when you have a laptop), at least make sure that you select your backup drive from the boot screen of your bios. You'll want to make sure the drive is fully independently bootable, without relying even in part on your main drive.
As to why a hackintosher would want to disable is because they may encounter problems where their drive isn’t able to handle errors properly becuase they don’t have Apple’s custom firmware. Two out of the three times I’ve tried to use APFS the drive became unbootable for some unknown reason, therefore I recommend people use HFS if they want a more reliable hackintosh, however you can still use APFS if you want to play around with it. If you do make sure you have in your EFI and skip the APFS conversion step when you get to it
Don’t check anything if you have Nvidia 700 or 900 but if you have Nvidia 600 or lower check on Inject NVIDIA.
